“Project Status & Opportunity
As I stated above work started just before Halloween 2011, hundreds of hours later we had rigorously developed the UI (user interface), established concept art, character design and the game rules to support the user in their overall experience of game play. The project specifies 18 basic characters with as many attributes and customizable modifiers, bulletin board walls for inter-player chat, networking and search functions all able to interconnect to a big data base in the clouds.
We are now on the cusp of getting the game coded and this is your opportunity to get involved with your support. Given the game is a complex machine, the commercial App programmer we selected has given us an estimate of $33,000 to cover all of the development and API costs. We have added $5,000 to cover a number of foreseen and unforeseen challenges such as funds needed for licensing, hardware, legal fees for trade marking etc. We have secured some private financing from friends and family and are now asking you to help with the difference. Anything over our goal will go towards improving all aspects of the game, making it “that” much better!
